Microsoft has signed off Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 for the Threshold 2 release

Microsoft has signed off Windows 10 Mobile Build 10586 as the final build for Threshold 2.
The company has selected the same build for PCs, too, which is dubbed as the November Refresh update. According to our sources, build 10586 will be the build which many users will be getting sometime soon, starting this month. Obviously, the update won’t be available at launch for all users — and it will take quite a bit of time to roll out to all users depending on their region, as well as carrier.

For those wondering, build 10586 is a pretty nice build — it doesn’t include any new features (as expected), but it does make the OS a lot smoother.
It is worth noting that the Android subsytem that is required for Project Astoria isn’t available on this build either. According to my contacts, Microsoft hasn’t been active on the beta testing program for a little while now. We aren’t entirely sure if Microosft is delaying Astoria for now, however, we will keep you updated with the latest updates on this.
